Product-Tower is a listing platform where founders showcase their products and users discover them. The products, websites, and apps featured on the platform belong to third parties. This page explains how we relate to them and where our responsibility ends.
In short: Product-Tower has no partnership, agency, or affiliation with any of the listed products. Using, buying, or investing in them is entirely your decision and your responsibility.
1. Nature of the Platform
Product-Tower is an intermediary platform that publishes product information submitted by users, acting as a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651. It is not the owner, developer, partner, reseller, or representative of any listed product, website, or company.
2. Responsibility for Content
Product names, descriptions, logos, images, pricing, and all other content are provided by the user who submitted the product. The submitting user is solely responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and legality of that content. Product-Tower is under no obligation to review content before it is published.
3. External Links
"Visit website" and similar links take you to websites outside Product-Tower. We have no control over their content, security, privacy practices, availability, or any malicious software they may contain. You visit them at your own risk; please read each site's own terms and privacy policy.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
Any purchase, subscription, or membership you make with a listed product is strictly between you and the product owner. Product-Tower is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for payments, refunds, delivery, invoicing, service quality, or contractual disputes. Contact the product owner directly with any such request.
5. Not Investment Advice
No content, ranking, badge, or "seeking investment" tag on the platform constitutes investment advice, an offer, or a recommendation. Do your own research and consult a qualified advisor before investing in any startup. Product-Tower is not responsible for losses arising from your investment decisions.
6. Upvotes, Rankings, and Badges
Upvotes, rankings, and badges such as "Product of the Day" are based on community activity. They are not an endorsement, recommendation, or quality guarantee from Product-Tower. Featured and sponsored listings are paid promotions.
7. Automatically Generated Content
Some product summaries, reviews, and translations may be produced with AI-assisted tools. They may contain errors or omissions and are for general information only. Verify important details with the product's official sources.
8. Trademarks and Intellectual Property
Product names, logos, and trademarks shown on the platform belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the platform does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement between Product-Tower and the trademark owner.
9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability
The platform and its content are provided "as is". Product-Tower makes no express or implied warranty about the quality, safety, legality, or fitness of any listed product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Product-Tower is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of third-party products, websites, or user content.
10. Reporting Unlawful Content
If you find a listing you believe is unlawful, infringes your rights, or is fraudulent, report it to legal@product-tower.com with a link to the page and a short explanation. We review valid reports and remove content where appropriate.
