By using Product-Tower, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Product-Tower is a platform where users can discover, list, and upvote products from Turkish founders. The service is provided as-is and may be modified without prior notice.
2. Account Creation
You may need to create an account with a valid email address to use the platform. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
3. Content Rules
Product information, comments, and other content you upload must not: (a) be illegal, defamatory, spam, or fraudulent, (b) infringe third-party intellectual property, or (c) contain misleading claims.
4. Product Listings
You may only submit products you actually own or represent. Duplicate submissions, artificial upvoting, and ranking manipulation will result in account termination.
5. Paid Features
We offer paid services such as featured listings, premium launches, and investor badges. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are generally non-refundable; contact us for exceptions.
6. Intellectual Property
Content uploaded by users remains theirs. By using the platform, you grant Product-Tower a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
7. Disclaimer
Products listed on the platform belong to third parties. You are solely responsible for your purchase or investment decisions. Product-Tower does not warrant the quality or accuracy of listed products.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. You may close your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
