We value your privacy. This policy explains what data Product-Tower collects, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. Data We Collect
When you create an account we collect your email and username. You may optionally add name, bio, and Twitter/LinkedIn links to your profile. Product information, logos, and images you upload are stored. We also collect anonymous analytics data about page views and clicks.
2. How We Use Data
We use your data to (a) operate and improve the service, (b) manage your account, (c) display your products, (d) ensure platform security, and (e) fulfill legal obligations. We will not send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Cookies
We use cookies for session management and core platform functionality. For analytics we prefer privacy-friendly tools. You can always limit cookies through your browser settings.
4. Third-Party Services
Our infrastructure uses services like Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), and payment providers. These providers are subject to their own privacy policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share with third parties when required by law, for security, or with your explicit consent.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, KVKK, and similar laws you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to processing of your data. Exercise these rights by writing to privacy@product-tower.com.
7. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
The platform is not intended for users under 13. If we discover we have unknowingly collected data from a user under 13, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will communicate significant changes in-platform or via email.
